Cooking course in Bangkok

Thanks to the exact indication of the position via Google Maps, we found the location without any problems, even if the backyard alley and the entrance door didn’t seem to inspire confidence at first.

Mae, our chef for the day, and Ja, her helper in the kitchen, put on a great course. There were two of us, just Daniel and I. Judging by the number of cooking spaces, the maximum group size is probably 7 or 8. So after a shopping trip through the nearby market with all sorts of interesting facts about the local cuisine, we were ready to go. Home-made curry paste processed to Green Chicken Curry, Tom Yam Gung soup, the classic Phad Thai and Green Papaya Salad belong from now on to our repertoire at home stove. 🙂

Unfortunately, we were at some point just stuffed and could not eat up all the delicious things. As a souvenir, we were able to take home not only the recipes, but also a certificate of successful completion of the course.
