We say goodbye with another beautiful sunset from India. A country in which I was definitely not for the last time, but of which I have enough for this kind of trip for now. Everywhere we met open, friendly and helpful people who told us unreservedly about their culture, habits and life and at the same time showed honest interest in our culture and customs. A bit strange for us may have been the many Christmas decorations; a snowman on a small Christmas locomotive driving in circles, while outside temperatures of a good 30 degrees Cesius prevail, is then but rather surprising. With about 30 percent of Christians in the regions visited then but understandable, even if the Western impact does not quite want to fit into the country.
